at the McCune Mansion, in Salt Lake City, Utah
Garden Gate Vintage had the opportunity to help design the flowers and create tablescapes. We then added some additional romance to the "already beautiful" interiors of the mansion.
Here's a peek inside the McCune Mansion and their spectacular wedding event.
.
The mansion has so many beautiful rooms. The ceremony was held in the front parlor (pictured above) Notice the gorgeous detailing; crown molding, ceilings and chandeliers.
Dining tables were set throughout the main floor for the reception. The upstairs rooms were reserved for cake cutting, drinks and dancing the night away; most appropriately in the ballroom.
Imagine all the parties held in this mansion, and the many guests that attended since 1901,
when the home was completed. Oh if these walls could talk!
Beautiful woodwork and staircase leading to the upstairs ballroom and master suites.
The McCune Mansion has a to die for Bride's room. It's the former bedroom suite of Mrs. McCune. The view overlooks downtown and the Salt Lake City LDS Temple.
And what a view it is! No worries, the Groom's room ain't so shabby either.
Alexandra chose a simple three tiered cream cake on natural log slates. Simple, but so elegant!
Of course we had to bring in our vintage pink Cadillac for the couple's grand exit when it was time to say goodnight to their guests. Looking good you two. Details, details, details!
Stunningly Gorgeous Bride Alex
The outdoor gardens is where the wedding party gathered after the ceremony for photos and congrats.
Couples can chose to be married inside the mansion or outside on the spacious grounds. Either way you can't go wrong. It's also nice to have the option in case of inclement weather.
